Whisper Ridge Subdivision

Project Overview:

Located on the north side of Catron Boulevard and situated between Highway 16 and 5th Street, Whisper Ridge Subdivision will soon consist of residential and townhome lots and one apartment lot on a 20-acre parcel of land. The project site work involves extensive mass grading, roadway improvements, installing a storm drainage system on an 18% slope, and water and sewer main installation.
